These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hey Pip mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Hey Pip is a tool for parents and carers to record and celebrate a young child's early language and developmental milestones. It is intended for adults recording information about their own child. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the content you add.
Hey Pip provides general, informational guidance about typical early language development. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Every child develops at their own pace. If you have any concern about your child's development, please speak to your health visitor, GP, or a speech and language therapist.
Some features are available through Hey Pip Plus, an auto-renewable subscription of £3.99 per month.
Purchases are also subject to Apple's standard terms (the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions / EULA).
The words, moments, photos and notes you add remain yours. You can edit or delete them at any time, and you can delete your account and its data by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Please use the App lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or other users' data.
We work to keep Hey Pip running reliably but provide the App on an "as is" basis, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time, and may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
